3. Lead the full-process quality control of high-end residential project construction, provide technical support for construction links and solve quality-related technical issues.
4. Keep abreast of industry technical trends, and promote technological R&D and innovative application in the field of high-end residential decoration.
5. Take the lead in formulating and implementing special solutions for high-difficulty technical problems in high-end residential projects.

Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Environmental Art Design or related majors; hold a First-Class Constructor Certificate or Intermediate/Senior Engineer Title.
2. More than 10 years of technical/construction management experience in large-scale decoration projects or high-end refined decoration projects; more than 5 years of core management experience in top management positions such as technical director and chief engineer in high-end projects including top-tier mansions, high-end villas and luxury hotels.
3. Deeply understand the design concept of high-end residences, and be proficient in construction materials, high-end residential craftsmanship, quality standards and decoration codes.
4. Possess strong technical judgment and problem-solving abilities, good communication and coordination skills, rigorous and meticulous work attitude, as well as a high sense of responsibility, pressure resistance and execution.

Job Requirements
1.Bachelor’s degree or above in interior design, architectural engineering or related majors, with relevant certificates, over 5 years of project management experience in luxury residence/villa/private residence projects, and having fully managed at least 2 luxury residence/high-end hotel projects.
2.Familiar with the decoration process and high-end configuration logic of luxury residences/high-end hotels, understand water, electricity and gas-related systems, be good at communication, result-oriented, and proficient in using office software.

Job Responsibilities
1.Compile the Construction Organization Design for luxury residences, participate in cost estimation and craftsmanship optimization, check the progress and construction standards of luxury residence projects in accordance with project plans, and correct deviations.
2.Be responsible for the technical disclosure of subdivided projects of luxury residences, organize safety and quality inspections, assist in project acceptance, and evaluate the service capabilities of teams and suppliers after the project is completed.
3.Be responsible for the technical and quality disclosure of subdivided projects, ensure that all staff receive the disclosure and keep written records, and participate in the "safety and environmental protection disclosure" and "project management system training" for each team.
4.Organize and participate in inspections for safety, quality and schedule management, be responsible for spot-checking the rectification of hidden dangers, focus on the quality and finished product effect of key nodes and important parts, and ensure the construction progress.
5.Assist the project manager in completing the acceptance and handover of the project.
6.After the project is completed, truthfully evaluate the construction capabilities (quality and progress) of each team, as well as material and finished product suppliers.

Job Requirements
1.Bachelor’s degree or above in architecture, civil engineering and construction-related majors, with over 8 years of on-site work experience in the decoration of luxury residences/high-end hotels, and proficient in the construction management logic of luxury residence/high-end hotel decoration.
2.Priority will be given to candidates with a Construction Engineer Certificate; must be hard-working, have a strong sense of responsibility, and possess efficient communication skills to coordinate with the construction teams of luxury residences/high-end hotels.

Job Responsibilities
1.Address clients’ needs, assist the project manager in sorting out renovation plans, formulating project planning, writing documents for each phase, and tracking the progress of project research, development and implementation.
2.Manage projects (such as customized supporting construction), coordinate resource allocation, monitor project risks, promote acceptance work and organize exclusive acceptance materials.
3.Provide interpretation of construction drawings and technical support for luxury residences/high-end hotels, and cooperate in completing auxiliary work such as high-end material procurement plans and subcontract management for luxury residences/high-end hotels.

Job Requirements
1.Bachelor’s degree or above in architecture, art-related majors; candidates with over 2 years of experience as a project assistant in luxury residence/high-end hotel projects are preferred.
2.Proficient in using AutoCAD and Office software, work carefully and rigorously, able to accurately address the needs of luxury residence/high-end hotel clients, and possess good communication and collaboration skills.

Job Responsibilities
1.Formulate detailed design plans for luxury residence decoration, complete the deepening of construction drawings and preparation of as-built drawings according to the complex space needs of luxury residences, in line with high-end clients’ needs and national standards, and maintain the drawing ledger simultaneously.
2.Participate in the negotiation of design changes for luxury residences, optimize customized design schemes and present them through SketchUp modeling, coordinate the detailed work of subcontractors, and track the on-site implementation progress.
3.Be responsible for the layout design of high-end materials for luxury residences, solve construction technical problems, participate in the acceptance of luxury residence projects, and assist in promoting new technologies applicable to luxury residences.

Job Requirements
1.Bachelor’s degree or above in architectural decoration design or related majors, with over 2 years of experience in detailed drawing work for luxury residences/high-end private residences (outstanding fresh graduates may be considered as appropriate), and familiar with the core characteristics of high-end hardcover for luxury residences/high-end hotels.
2.Proficient in using design software such as AutoCAD and SketchUp, and be able to master the engineering drawing standards for luxury residences/high-end hotels; candidates with experience in full-set drawing output using DFC are preferred.
3.Familiar with the construction process of luxury residences/high-end hotels and the characteristics of high-end materials, possess strong communication and coordination skills, be able to work under pressure, accept on-site assignments in other locations, and priority will be given to candidates with relevant qualification certificates.

Job Responsibilities
1.Review the compliance of MEP systems (such as intelligent control, comfort systems) for luxury residences, deepen and optimize relevant construction drawings, and communicate with Party A to clarify doubts about the drawings.
2.Supervise the quality and progress of MEP projects for luxury residences, assist in the acceptance of concealed works, cooperate with the budget department to review MEP quotations for luxury residences, organize MEP archives and prepare as-built drawings.

Job Requirements
1.Bachelor’s degree or above in HVAC, strong and weak electricity-related majors; candidates with experience in MEP management and construction for luxury residences/high-end hotels are preferred, and familiar with the high-end configuration standards of MEP systems for luxury residences/high-end hotels.
2.Familiar with the codes and standards of the MEP and HVAC industry, possess the ability to design MEP schemes for luxury residences/high-end hotels, and be able to adapt to the personalized needs of luxury residence clients.

Job Responsibilities
1.Cooperate in establishing BIM models and formulating implementation plans for the bidding of luxury residence projects, be responsible for the BIM drawing of MEP integrated pipelines and surface layers for luxury residences, and improve the as-built model.
2.Use BIM technology to carry out work such as clash detection, construction simulation and bill of quantities calculation for luxury residences, conduct BIM drawing disclosure, and assist the budget department in reviewing the workload of luxury residence projects.

Job Requirements
1.Bachelor’s degree or above in architectural decoration design or related majors, with over 2 years of relevant work experience; candidates with experience in BIM drawing of MEP integrated pipelines for luxury residences/high-end hotels are preferred.
2.Proficient in mastering BIM software such as SU (DFC platform) and CAD, have strong learning ability, and be able to accept business trips or short-term on-site assignments for luxury residence/high-end hotel projects.

Job Responsibilities
1.Be responsible for the procurement of decoration materials/equipment for luxury residences, conduct market research on high-end materials, select suppliers and conduct negotiations, control procurement costs, and ensure stable supply for luxury residences.
2.Cooperate in formulating procurement plans for luxury residences, manage exclusive procurement contracts and supplier information for luxury residences, and independently connect with the needs of the luxury residence project department.

Job Requirements
1.Bachelor’s degree or above in architecture, project management or related majors, with over 3 years of experience in interior procurement for luxury residences/high-end hotels, and familiar with the high-end building material supply chain system for luxury residences.
2.Master the procurement business and contract management knowledge for luxury residences/high-end hotels, be able to identify the quality of high-end materials, possess strong communication and negotiation skills, be able to adapt to business trips, and be proficient in using Office software (proficiency in drawing software is a plus).
